What Makes a Kinnow, a Kinnow
The Kinnow is a mandarin hybrid, and Pakistan grows the best of it. Deep orange rind, segments that come away clean, and a juice content high enough that a single fruit fills a glass. The flavour is sweet with a bright edge behind it — not the flat sweetness of a common orange.
